About this Role
We are seeking a highly experienced delivery professional to take full accountability for leading medium to large, complex cross-functional business and technology initiatives. This role is responsible for the full lifecycle of delivery—from initiation through execution to value realisation—ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and measurable business outcomes. The individual will play a critical role in maintaining governance standards, driving stakeholder alignment, and ensuring financial and operational success across programmes.
What you’ll do
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with agreed scope, timelines, budgets, and quality expectations
• Define and manage project plans, including scope, schedules, resources, financials, and governance frameworks
• Own financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and benefits tracking to deliver committed value
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies proactively to maintain delivery continuity
• Monitor delivery performance against milestones and success measures; implement corrective actions as required
• Establish governance structures and ensure transparent reporting, maintaining compliance with financial and regulatory standards
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders to support decision-making, resolve challenges, and maintain delivery progress
• Lead cross-functional teams and external partners, ensuring effective transition into business-as-usual operations with defined success measures
Who you are
• Extensive experience in end-to-end project or programme delivery within complex environments
• Strong capability in governance, risk management, and maintaining robust delivery controls
• Skilled in change management and driving adoption across diverse stakeholder groups
• Knowledgeable in value realisation, benefits tracking, and performance reporting
• Experienced in Agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery approaches
• Proficient in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and portfolio alignment
• Familiar with contract, commercial, and financial control practices
• Understanding of service transition, operational readiness, and delivery metrics
• Awareness of AI/GenAI applications within project delivery contexts
• Demonstrates leadership, stakeholder influence, and effective communication at senior levels
• Strong decision-making ability, accountability, and conflict resolution capabilities
• Experience within telecommunications, digital transformation, or large-scale technology delivery environments
• Holds or is working towards relevant certifications such as PMP®, PRINCE2®, or Agile frameworks
• Familiarity with delivery tools such as MS Project, Jira, Planview, Clarity, or ServiceNow
• Experience with financial tracking and reporting tools such as SAP, Excel, or Power BI
