About this Role
What you’ll do
- Oversee day-to-day operational activities across the DevOps lifecycle
- Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Provide guidance and support to new team members, enabling knowledge sharing and smooth onboarding
- Take accountability for project-related activities and delivery outcomes
- Lead initiatives focused on testing framework transformation and continuous process improvement
- Apply customer-centric approaches in operations and incident management handling
- Ensure adherence to ITIL standards and Vodafone processes
- Deliver end-to-end software lifecycle solutions with a focus on deployment excellence
- Contribute to centres of excellence related to software lifecycle management from a deployment perspective
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective resolutions
- Deliver clear and structured presentations when required
- Demonstrate ownership and accountability in all assigned tasks
- Create, lead, and deliver production-ready solutions capable of hosting multiple applications on private cloud platforms
Who you are
- Experience of 3–5 years in DevOps.
- Strong Expertise with Ci/CD
- Strong understanding of software lifecycle management and deployment practices
- Experience in operational support, incident management, and stakeholder engagement
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and structured process environments
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Ability to take ownership and drive initiatives independently
- Experience working with private cloud environments is advantageous
- Willingness to support continuous improvement and transformation initiatives
