About this Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Frontend Technical Lead to guide the Middleware Development Team through the full lifecycle of software projects—from planning to production delivery. This role demands strong technical leadership, hands-on design and development expertise, and the ability to coach and support team members across multiple projects. The individual will be responsible for ensuring high-quality deliverables, technical innovation, and effective communication across the team.
What you’ll do
- Lead software design efforts aligned with best practices and customer requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and coaching to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
- Report on team progress, risks, and recommendations with clarity and accuracy.
- Ensure code quality through reviews, unit testing, and adherence to coding standards.
- Manage technical estimates from initial phases to project completion.
- Promote teamwork and assign tasks based on individual capabilities.
- Adapt to changing timelines and requirements while maintaining delivery standards.
- Support production systems and ensure compliance with KPIs and SLAs.
- Encourage innovation and assess new ideas from the team constructively.
Who you are
- 9+ years of experience in software development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of frontend and backend technologies including:
- React, Node.js, TypeScript, Spring Boot, GraphQL, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, GCP.
- Design principles: OOP, SOLID, GoF patterns, Microservices, SOA.
- Testing: Unit testing, Integration testing, BDD, TDD.
- DevOps tools: Jenkins, Git, Maven, Gradle.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure without compromising quality.
- Proactive, positive, and collaborative mindset.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
