About this Role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual fluent in both German and English (minimum C1 level) to join our DE–Shadow IT team. This role involves validating and translating contractual documentation, identifying gaps, and collaborating with German-speaking colleagues to resolve language constraints. The individual will be expected to work independently, manage multiple tools and applications simultaneously, and uphold high standards of quality and customer service.

What you’ll do

  • Validate and translate contractual documentation in German and English.
  • Identify and report documentation gaps, ensuring alignment with business processes.
  • Collaborate with German colleagues to resolve language-related issues.
  • Execute tasks autonomously while maintaining high concentration and adherence to quality guidelines.
  • Share best practices within the team to enhance collective learning.
  • Support ad hoc workloads, including overtime and weekend tasks when necessary.
  • Raise flags for process gaps and follow up through appropriate channels.
  • Maintain customer-centric focus, recognising the critical impact of errors on business clients.

Who you are

  • Fluent in German and English (minimum C1 level, spoken and written).
  • Experienced in preparing and validating documentation in both languages.
  • Skilled in managing international projects and reporting.
  • Proficient in MS Office and documentation tools.
  • Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Quick learner with a structured and organised approach to work.
  • Passionate about customer service and committed to exceeding expectations.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
