Role Purpose
To lead and coordinate UX/UI efforts within the squad, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality design outputs. This role bridges business requirements and design execution, contributing to strategic design decisions and mentoring junior team members.
What you’ll do
- Act as a design coach within the squad, offering guidance and support to junior designers and developers on UX/UI best practices.
- Own the squad’s design delivery timelines and quality standards, ensuring alignment with sprint goals and product expectations.
- Translate business needs into initial UI/UX requirements during the design phase, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure clarity and feasibility.
- Deliver comprehensive UX/UI documentation including: Visual Designs (VD), Iconography and design assets, UX specifications aligned with user stories.
Who you are
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and design systems
- Experience in agile product development and cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to mentor junior team members and manage design workflows
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Must Have Technical/Professional Qualifications
-Bachelor Degree in Business informatics
- 5-7 Years of experience in Ui/ UX
-UX/UI principles and design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD)
- English level C1 is a must
