About this Role
We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead the Service HUB Programme within Vodafone Business’s Security Portfolio. This role is pivotal in driving the execution of strategic initiatives across multiple markets, ensuring the successful delivery of interconnected projects that support market expansion, portfolio extension, and sales enablement. The individual will be responsible for managing internal and external stakeholders, maintaining programme stability, and ensuring alignment with Vodafone’s technology vision and business objectives.
What you will do
- Oversee programme strategy, implementation, and delivery across the Security Portfolio.
- Manage interconnected projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with internal suppliers, external partners, and OpCo stakeholders.
- Monitor programme economics including budgets, staffing, resources, and risks.
- Ensure adherence to Vodafone’s methodologies and best practices.
- Coach and develop team members through structured feedback and performance reviews.
- Facilitate service evaluations and ensure achievement of KPIs.
- Support team members with HR-related guidance and organise team meetings.
- Act as a point of escalation for customer queries and maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
Who you are
- Experienced in Agile and structured project management environments.
- Proven ability to manage complex programmes and deliver results within tight timelines.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, digital marketplaces, and telecoms.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and navigating global matrix organisations.
- Holds relevant qualifications such as APM/PMI, PRINCE2, and Agile certifications.
- Minimum 4 years of project management experience and 2 years in people management.
- Demonstrates strong analytical, influencing, and time management skills.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and developing new approaches.
