About this role
We are seeking a Solution Architect to lead the design and integration of Collaboration Services within VOIS. This role ensures that third-party solutions are seamlessly integrated into Vodafone’s Collaboration & Productivity landscape, adhering to compliance and industry best practices. The individual will be responsible for software lifecycle management, bridging business demands with enterprise and service architectures, and driving scalable, cost-effective solutions.
What you’ll do
- Design and oversee solution architectures across systems, infrastructure, networks, and software for Collaboration projects.
- Critically review third-party solution designs to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Generate scalable, flexible, and cost-effective architecture proposals aligned with Vodafone’s enterprise standards.
- Build and maintain influential relationships with senior stakeholders across Group, Local Markets, and external partners.
- Guide product managers and developers by collaborating closely with business analysts to align technical direction with business needs.
Who you are
- Over 3 years of SharePoint solution architecture experience in large-scale IT environments, with 4+ years in development or infrastructure.
- Strong programming expertise in .NET and familiarity with architectural styles like SOA, RESTful APIs, and OData.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Open Specification Promise (OSP) and enterprise content management systems.
- Skilled in critical thinking, problem solving, and performance-focused design.
- Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Design.
- TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture certification (preferred).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
