What you’ll do

  • Serve as the primary liaison between healthcare providers, government stakeholders, and technology vendors.
  • Support the presales team with technical expertise during client engagements, presentations, and demonstrations.
  • Develop proposals, solution architectures, and proof-of-concept designs tailored to client needs.
  • Translate client needs into technical requirements and ensure vendor solutions align with clinical workflows and regulatory standards.
  • Facilitate communication and resolve gaps between business, clinical, and technical teams.
  • Conduct workshops and consultations with clinicians, administrators, and IT teams to drive adoption and alignment.
  • Support the change management and capacity-building initiatives across healthcare institutions.
  • Monitor KPIs and recommend improvements to optimize digital health programs.

Who you are

    • Medical Background with a degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Public Health, or a related clinical field, combined with strong experience in healthcare digital transformation projects. Demonstrated understanding of the technical aspects and the ability to bridge clinical workflows with digital solutions is essential. Certification in Health Informatics or Digital Health (e.g., AMIA, HIMSS, ITI Informatics track, or equivalent) would be a strong added value.
    • Engineering/Computer Science Background with proven experience in healthcare IT environments, including HIS/EMR implementations and healthcare analytics. The candidate should demonstrate a strong understanding of healthcare operations and the ability to adapt and align technical solutions with clinical contexts.
    • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in healthcare digitization, health informatics, or healthcare solutions vendor.
    • Experience in solution design, proposal development, and client presentations.
    • Ability to conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept implementations.
    • Demonstrated success in managing multi-vendor, multi-stakeholder projects.
    • Excellent communication skills, with ability to translate technical concepts into actionable insights for clinicians and administrators.
    • Experience in multicultural and national-scale healthcare projects is highly desirable.
