What you’ll do
- . Strategy Execution & Alignment
- Establish and maintain the framework for the Integrated Strategy Roadmap, ensuring all functional projects align with the overarching long term plan.
- Lead & facilitate the Executive Steering Committee meetings, providing frequent reporting on the milestones of key strategic projects
- Manage the strategic prioritization process, helping leadership balance resource allocation between "Run the Business" and "Transform the Business."
- 2. Performance Tracking & Value Realization
- Define and monitor the strategic objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all strategic projects & programs.
- Go beyond simple timelines to track Value Capture—ensuring that initiatives actually deliver the projected metrics ( financial and non-financial )
- 3. Lead the end-to-end integration lifecycle
- Working closely with M & A team to drive cross-functional workstreams—including Legal, Commercial, Financial, and Technical—to ensure seamless operational continuity and the timely realization of deal synergies.
- Act as the central "command center," resolving interdependency conflicts and translating high-level M&A objectives into actionable execution plans across the business and lead the cross functional integration of new M&A into current Vodafone structure.
- 4. Cross-Functional Orchestration
- Act as a central hub between Technology, Commercial, Finance, and Regulatory teams to break down silos and manage interdependencies.
- Lead the "Program Management" for large-scale shifts, such as infrastructure sharing, LEO satellite integration projects, or AI-driven operational scaling.
Who you are
- 10+ Years of Experience in Strategy Consulting Background : Proven track record & background in management / strategy consulting, managing mega projects and end-to-end post-M&A integrations. Telecommunications or Tech-Co industry background is plus.
- Dual Commercial & Technical Expertise: Very Strong commercial acumen combined with a high-level technical understanding of IT/technology environments to seamlessly bridge both worlds during integration.
- E2E Post-Merger Integration Mastery: Demonstrated experience leading the full lifecycle integration of new entities across all workstreams, including HR/People, Commercial, Financial, Legal, Reporting, and Technology.
- Certified Project/Program Leader: Must hold certificates ( PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile or other major recognized project management certifications) with a history of leading cross-functional teams and successfully navigating complex, senior stakeholder environments.
- Strategic Program Execution: Proven ability to simultaneously drive complex corporate strategic projects and large-scale programs from conception through to execution.
- Executive Presence & Stakeholder Leadership: Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to lead high-performing & cross-functional teams and influence senior executives. Must possess the gravitas and communication clarity required to regularly present, defend, and align strategic integration plans with C-level leadership
