Role purpose:

 

The Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner (Senior TABP) is responsible for leading and managing recruitment effort for an independent small service line’s/significant part of a large service line (multi GSL). This includes developing, and implementing tailored recruitment strategies, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. This role also includes mentoring and training new/ junior Talent Acquisition Business Partners, ensuring their professional growth. The Senior TABP will handle complex recruitment tasks, enhance candidate experience, promote the employer brand, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

•    Service Line Management:
o    Lead and Manage an Independent Service Line: Take full ownership of a specific service line within the organization, ensuring all recruitment needs are met efficiently and effectively.
o    Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies: Create and execute tailored recruitment strategies for the service line, aligning with overall business goals and market trends.
o    Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the service line, understanding their unique hiring needs and challenges.
•    Candidate Experience and Employer Branding:
o    Enhance Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
 

Promote Employer Brand: Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the organization’s values and culture through various channels, including social media and industry events.
•    Advanced Recruitment Responsibilities:
o    Complex Role Fulfilment: Handle the recruitment for high-level and complex roles within the service line, ensuring a thorough and strategic approach to candidate selection.
o    Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
o    Mentor Junior TABPs: Provide guidance, support, and training to junior Talent Acquisition Business Partners, helping them develop their skills and advance in their careers.
o    Conduct Training Sessions: Organize and lead training sessions on best practices in talent acquisition, interview techniques, and candidate experience.
o    Championing Global Programs for the Location.
•    Compliance and Reporting:
o    Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reports and insights on recruitment metrics, identifying areas for improvement and success.

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

•    Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably within a large organization or multinational company.
•    Demonstrated ability to develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies.
•    Experience in enhancing candidate experience and promoting employer branding.
•    Proven ability to manage and resolve escalations effectively, ensuring high candidate satisfaction.
 

Must have technical/professional qualifications:

o    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
•    Experience:
o    Minimum of 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a proven track record of managing recruitment processes.
o    Experience in managing recruitment for a specific service line or business unit is highly desirable.
o    Prior experience in mentoring or leading junior team members is a plus.
•    Skills:
o    Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and market trends.
o    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
o    Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
o    Ability to handle complex and high-level recruitment tasks efficiently.
