What you’ll do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.

  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand business needs and workforce planning requirements.

  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.

  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for critical and recurring roles.

  • Conduct competency-based interviews and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Coordinate and manage the offer and onboarding process to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

  • Collaborate with HR and business teams to improve recruitment processes, metrics, and employer branding.

  • Stay updated on market trends, talent intelligence, and innovative recruitment practices.

  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor laws and company policies.

  • Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and employer branding initiatives.

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus).

  • 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.

  • Proven track record in sourcing and hiring across multiple functions and levels.

  • Experience in employer branding, campus recruitment, and/or recruitment marketing is a plus.

  • Knowledge of labor laws and hiring regulations.

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
