About this Role
We are seeking a Technical Delivery professional to manage and coordinate project activities across multiple network domains, ensuring timely delivery aligned with VOIS customer priorities. This role involves overseeing project phases from feasibility to transition to operations, applying quality standards and governance frameworks. You will contribute to the Delivery Management as a Service (DMaaS) portfolio, supporting European and global projects, and ensuring effective stakeholder communication and risk management.
What you’ll do
- Manage end-to-end projects with a focus on implementation phases, ensuring alignment with VOIS priorities.
- Coordinate project management activities within wider programmes and formalise them in PM tools.
- Define and update project plans, interlocking milestones with other projects.
- Perform risk and issue management to prevent business impact.
- Support programme and project managers in tracking budgets and expenses.
- Ensure customer-oriented communication with stakeholders and project teams.
- Promote PM managed services through knowledge-sharing and active engagement in DMaaS initiatives.
- Deliver accurate and timely reporting to prevent roadblocks and ensure SLA compliance for coordinated activities.
Who you are
- University degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or equivalent.
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management within telecommunications networks.
- Strong knowledge of network architecture and interdependencies.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and decision-making.
- Ability to work within virtual teams and interface with multinational clients.
- Excellent communication skills; fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Awareness of wider technology aspects in telecommunications and ICT, plus financial acumen.
