About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Delivery professional to manage and coordinate project management activities across multiple network domains. This role focuses on overseeing end-to-end project phases, ensuring timely delivery within agreed budgets and quality standards. The individual will work on projects impacting Mobile & Fixed Access, Voice & Data Core, Service Platforms, Transmission & IP Transport, NW OSS, and NW Cloud Engineering. The position requires strong technical understanding, stakeholder management, and the ability to operate within virtual teams across diverse markets.
What you’ll do
- Manage end-to-end projects with emphasis on implementation phases, aligned with VOIS priorities.
- Coordinate project management activities within wider programmes, ensuring interdependencies are addressed.
- Define and regularly update project plans, including milestones and interlocks.
- Perform risk and issue management to prevent business impact.
- Ensure customer-focused communication with stakeholders and project teams.
- Track budgets and expenses, supporting programme and project managers.
- Apply quality standards for project deliverables as per VOIS frameworks.
- Contribute to PM service portfolio and participate in knowledge-sharing within the DMaaS community.
- Formalise projects in VOIS PM tools and provide timely reporting to stakeholders.
Who you are
- University degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in project management within telecommunications.
- Strong knowledge of network architecture and interdependencies.
- Certified in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
- Skilled in stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills; fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Awareness of wider technology aspects in telecommunications and ICT.
- Financial acumen and ability to work within virtual, multi-national teams.
