About this Role
We are seeking a Technical Delivery Project Coordinator to support Senior/Project Managers or independently deliver low to medium complexity ICT projects within the UK IT portfolio. This role is pivotal in driving the mobilisation, shaping, design, and end-to-end delivery of CAPEX-funded initiatives that enable business transformation. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, system integrators, and third-party vendors, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with Vodafone’s delivery governance standards.
What you will do
Support or lead the delivery of assigned projects and activities within the UK IT portfolio.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and delivery teams.
Develop and communicate a clear project vision and delivery capability.
Create detailed project plans using Transformational Flows, identifying resources, interdependencies, and critical paths.
Estimate project costs and manage budget forecasts.
Integrate all workstreams and plans into the overall programme structure.
Monitor project performance and embed measurable outcomes and success factors.
Formulate and manage stakeholder communication plans.
Forecast and manage resource supply and demand across technology, financial, and human resources.
Influence and support stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Produce stakeholder maps and conduct analysis to ensure stakeholder needs are met.
Promote open communication and collaboration across teams.
Who you are
An Egyptian national residing in Egypt.
0–2 years of relevant experience in ICT project delivery.
Demonstrated leadership qualities in team motivation and development.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts beyond own area of expertise.
Understanding of the application and software development lifecycle.
Familiarity with telecommunications environments.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.
