About this Role

 

We are seeking a Technical Delivery Project Coordinator to support the UK IT portfolio delivery team in managing business demand, delivery, and governance of CAPEX-funded initiatives. This role will focus on supporting or independently delivering low to medium complexity projects within an assigned portfolio, enabling end-to-end delivery from mobilisation and design through to transition into IT operations. The role involves working across multiple systems, stakeholders, and third parties, ensuring delivery meets quality, time, and cost expectations.

What you’ll do

 

Support or lead assigned projects within a portfolio, ensuring end-to-end delivery aligned with governance standards
Act as a project or delivery coordinator, building and supporting cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
Identify and engage stakeholders, suppliers, and delivery partners from project initiation through delivery lifecycle
Develop project plans, including timelines, dependencies, resource needs, and critical paths
Contribute to the creation of business cases and cost estimates
Monitor and control project performance against defined plans and success metrics
Ensure integration of all workstreams into a unified delivery plan
Manage stakeholder communication plans and maintain alignment throughout delivery
Forecast and manage resource requirements including people, technology, and financials
Support governance compliance and ensure adherence to Vodafone delivery methodologies
Facilitate collaboration between internal teams and external partners to deliver outcomes
Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes and stakeholder engagement practices

Who you are

 

 

An Egyptian national residing in Egypt
Early-career professional with 0–2 years of relevant experience in project delivery, ideally within ICT or technology environments
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively across teams
Demonstrated ability to coordinate tasks and manage priorities in a structured manner
Understanding of telecommunications or IT environments is advantageous
Familiarity with software development lifecycle concepts is beneficial
Ability to quickly acquire new technical knowledge and apply it in a delivery context
Basic leadership capability with the ability to support and motivate team members within a matrix environment
Experience using tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, or Project
