About this Role

 

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Delivery Senior Project Manager to manage the end-to-end delivery of complex ICT projects within a dynamic telecommunications environment. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring successful delivery of business-critical initiatives. The individual will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, driving transformation, and ensuring alignment with Vodafone’s delivery governance standards.

What you will do

 

Lead cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
Define project vision and delivery strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, interdependencies, and critical paths.
Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting, including capitalisation and P&L.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and delivery partners.
Ensure compliance with Vodafone’s delivery governance and quality standards.
Drive stakeholder engagement through effective communication and planning.
Coach and mentor team members, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
Identify and manage risks, ensuring timely resolution and project continuity.
Oversee transition of projects into IT operations, ensuring sustainability and support readiness.

Who you are

 

An Egyptian national residing in Egypt.
Over 6 years of experience in managing complex ICT projects end-to-end.
Strong understanding of software development and application lifecycle.
Proven experience in technical transformation and change management.
Skilled in managing cross-cultural teams and matrix environments.
Certified in Prince2 Practitioner or PMP.
Background in telecommunications or network environments.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Financially literate with experience in budget management and forecasting.
Able to quickly grasp technical concepts beyond own area of expertise.
