About this Role

We are seeking a Technical Delivery Project Lead to oversee the end‑to‑end delivery of high‑complexity projects within the UK IT portfolio. The individual will be responsible for shaping, mobilising, planning, and delivering projects that involve multiple technical domains, external partners, and cross‑functional teams. This role is central to driving business change, ensuring alignment with delivery governance, maintaining strong stakeholder engagement, and ensuring that each initiative transitions smoothly into IT operations.

What you’ll do

  • Deliver one or more technical projects from business case creation to transition into operations.
  • Lead cross‑functional delivery teams, building trust, collaboration, and a shared sense of purpose.
  • Identify and manage stakeholders, delivery partners, suppliers, and project dependencies.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including resources, timelines, interdependencies, costs, and success metrics.
  • Ensure all delivery workstreams are integrated into the overall programme plan.
  • Produce and manage communication plans for stakeholders at all levels.
  • Forecast and manage resource supply and demand across technology, people, and financial streams.
  • Apply delivery governance, methodologies, and transformation frameworks to ensure high‑quality, timely outcomes.
  • Coach and mentor team members, supporting capability growth and strengthening delivery culture.

Who you are

  • An Egyptian national residing in Egypt.
  • Possess more than six years of experience leading end‑to‑end delivery of complex ICT projects.
  • Understand software development, application lifecycle management, and technical change environments.
  • Experienced in cross‑cultural team delivery and managing diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Skilled in leadership, team motivation and cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Hold a background in telecommunications, networks, or related domains.
  • Accredited with PRINCE2 Practitioner or PMP.
  • Capable of managing multiple concurrent projects with varying complexity.
  • Proficient in budget management and understanding of capitalisation principles.
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.
