About this Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented PMO Analyst to support the planning, coordination, and governance of Technology Delivery initiatives. This role sits within the Data Analytics & AI function and involves working closely with Delivery Leads, PMO Leads, Technology Delivery teams, and senior stakeholders to ensure projects are effectively structured, tracked, and supported. The individual will play a central role in standardising processes, strengthening reporting disciplines, driving continuous improvement, and promoting hybrid delivery practices aligned to SAFe principles.

What you’ll do

  • Support the creation and maintenance of project plans, timelines, schedules, and progress reports.
  • Collaborate with project managers to maintain alignment between project goals and organisational priorities.
  • Track risks, issues, milestones, and delivery status, ensuring accurate real-time reporting.
  • Uphold PMO methodologies, frameworks, and governance standards across portfolios and programmes.
  • Coordinate resource planning alongside Capacity Management, ensuring balanced and effective resource allocation.
  • Deliver training sessions to Technology Delivery teams to support the adoption of PMO tools and transformation practices.
  • Produce weekly performance, health, and governance reports for senior leaders.
  • Conduct analysis of project performance metrics to identify insights and support data‑driven decision making.
  • Partner with the PMO & Transformation Manager to ensure frameworks, controls, and best practices remain effective and consistent.

Who we are

  • You bring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a project or PMO Analyst role across varied project portfolios.
  • You communicate confidently and inclusively with stakeholders at all organisational levels.
  • You are highly organised, able to manage multiple activities with accuracy and clarity.
  • You possess strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to identify patterns and trends.
  • You are proactive, innovative, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
  • You have practical experience in financial reporting and tracking.
  • You understand or are familiar with Waterfall methodologies and SAFe principles.
  • You are an expert user of Excel, with Power BI or automation experience being a plus.
