• Conduct detailed due diligence on target entities, including ownership and control structures, and produce accurate organigrams
• Engage with internal Vodafone stakeholders to gather and validate relevant information on entities and transactions
• Perform regulatory analysis for confirmed matches, reviewing applicable sanctions and export control frameworks to assess restrictions or licensing requirements
• Take appropriate follow-up actions in line with Vodafone guidance, including raising further queries where required
• Escalate confirmed risks to the Trade Sanctions Screening Centre of Excellence Lead for decision-making
• Clearly document all assessments, findings, and decisions to ensure auditability and transparency
• Perform oversight of first line screening activities to ensure quality and consistency
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of compliance cases
• Stay informed on updates to global sanctions lists (e.g. OFAC, EU, UN) and regulatory changes
• Support continuous improvement of trade compliance screening processes
• Execute data control processes to maintain accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards
• Resolve queries efficiently and maintain up-to-date records in relevant systems
• Carry out additional tasks as required to support business needs
