Role Purpose:

Transition PMO is accountable for transition team quality and KPIs governance, calculate and report team utilization, update and maintain team different templates, act as assistant in complex and large transition projects and provides innovative ideas for process enhancements and automation

Key Accountabilities

    Perform internal quality audit, following transition guidelines and generate periodic quality reports. 
    Handling financial and resource management interaction within OPC. 
    Provide project support through handling simple projects and maintain the required support for the assigned transition project managers. 
    Generate and develop innovative ideas: 
o    Process optimization.
o    Efficiency for the regular BAU tasks.
o    Automation ideas.
    Regular follow-up and development on the As-IS KPIs.
    Analyze the current team performance and generate performance reports. 
    Create and manage TSSE transition projects dashboard 
    Manage and create transition team reports.
    Shadowing with the transition project managers in their day-to-day project activities.

Education, Work Experience, PC Knowledge, Technical skills, Personal skills, Special requirements:

•    Qualification / Experience:
o    B.Sc. in Computer, Telecommunications Engineering or Computer Science 
o    2-4 year IT/ Telecom  experience
o    Excellent written and spoken English is a must.
o    Organized for working in a global cooperative team environment.


•    Technical skills:
o    Prince2  foundation is an asset 
o    ITIL Certified is a Must.
o    Commercial  background  is an asset 
o    Very Good Back Ground Technical Knowledge 
o    Industry certification technical skills. 
o    Experience in project management, budget forecast and cost analysis is an asset
o    Excellent reporting and data analysis skills.

•    Personal skills:
o    Excellent communication skills and presentation skills.
o    Excellence mindset striving to exceed expectations.
o    Can think out of the box
o    Time Management skills
o    Positive and motivational under pressure. Professional and approachable. A people person who can deal with a variety of people and customers at all levels with flair. An enthusiastic team player. Committed to working with their team to maintain a positive team spirit 
o    Confident negotiation and online documentation (throughout the negotiation) in English 
o    Problem Solving; Must demonstrate a methodical, analytical and clear approach to problems. Must be able to identify issues and offer solutions and work with others to improve processes and procedures. Must be able to overcome obstacles, using a clear methodical approach. Must be able to negotiate solutions.
o    Willing to travel and dealing with Global Environment 

•    Business and Managerial skills:
o    Good understanding of the global cooperative team environment
o    Good orchestrating skills 
o    Understanding of the Telecommunications and IT Global Market
o    Working under stress, Dynamic and Customer oriented
o    Co-operation of the on-the-job-training and mentoring of new staff
o    Development of suggestions for measures for improvement, adjustment and prevention regarding services, processes, documentations and control tools
