About this Role

We are seeking a Transition Projects Lead to manage and deliver complex transition and transformation projects across VOIS CARE Service Line or Digital. This role involves leading project portfolios, ensuring adherence to VOIS Transition Methodology, and driving successful outcomes for Vodafone Local Markets and Group Functions. You will oversee governance, risk compliance, stakeholder engagement, and commercial activities while maintaining transparent communication and timely delivery.

What you’ll do

  • Lead diverse projects including CARE process transitions, transformation initiatives, and digital programmes.
  • Ensure timely completion of deliverables within scope, budget, and milestones.
  • Form and manage virtual project teams, defining roles and responsibilities clearly.
  • Maintain accurate reporting and governance to create a ‘zero surprise’ environment.
  • Support commercial activities, generate business cases, and capture value for global committees.
  • Represent VOIS in global reviews, SteerCos, and conferences.

Who you are

  • Experienced project/program management professional with 3–5 years in Shared Services, BPO, or advisory environments.
  • Skilled in leading complex projects and applying thought leadership to deliver business solutions.
  • Holds a relevant degree in IT, Business Management, Economics, or similar.
  • Certified in PMP, Prince2, APM, ITIL or equivalent.
  • Proficient in MS Office and MS Project with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communicator with proven stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
  • Familiar with Lean, Six Sigma, and digitalisation methodologies.
  • Commercially savvy and passionate about delivering innovative solutions.
