About this Role

 

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the delivery of Service Transition projects and programmes across the Business Operations & Transformation portfolio, with a key focus on the VOIS service line. The role is responsible for ensuring that business outcomes are achieved on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards, while driving execution excellence, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and continuous improvement of transition methodologies across VOIS, Local Markets, and Group Functions.

Lead and own the delivery of transition requirements across a portfolio of projects and programmes.
Apply VOIS Transition Methodology, ensuring governance, documentation, controls, and deliverables meet required standards.
Manage programme execution within agreed scope, budget, timelines, and quality expectations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including business owners, programme leads, vendors, system integrators, Local Markets, and Group Functions.
Provide accurate and transparent reporting on project health, risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery progress.
Identify risks, opportunities, and interdependencies early, working with stakeholders to define mitigation plans and remove blockers.
Apply Agile, Lean, Waterfall, and SAFe principles where appropriate to enhance delivery discipline and business value.

Who you are

 

Brings strong experience in operations, service delivery, transition management, or programme/project delivery.
Demonstrates the ability to work across cross-functional initiatives involving business, technology, delivery, and external partners.
Possesses confident stakeholder management skills, including managing senior escalations with clarity and professionalism.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity, translating unclear requirements into structured delivery plans.
Skilled at influencing outcomes across virtual, matrix, and cross-cultural teams.
Demonstrates a strategic mindset with strong attention to detail and a focus on delivery outcomes.
Shows cross-cultural awareness when working with global stakeholders.
Applies an Agile mindset with a practical understanding of Lean and process management approaches.
At least 3-5 years in transition, service delivery, or programme/project delivery.
Holds working knowledge of IT architecture, implementation, and service readiness activities.
Holds recognised certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or CSM; additional Agile certifications (e.g. SAFe) are advantageous.
