Role Purpose

Design, plan, and optimize a resilient transport network to optimally support the capacity requirements for the expected voice & data traffic growth including 4G & 5G using the cost-effective and innovative solutions proactively. Furthermore, to evolve & modernize the access layer including Microwave & Fiber.

Key Accountabilities & Decision Ownership

 

  • Design the needed transmission changes/upgrades to cater the required transport capacities for both Mobile & Enterprise/Fixed networks.
  • Own reengineering planning and optimization activities to maximize utilization, efficiency, and overall network performance and to enhance network resilience, reduce congestion, and ensure service continuity for critical services.
  • Lead the deployment of 5G networks, including network dimensioning, managing field activities, and setting annual performance targets.
  • Promote the spread of automation and the digitalization of processes (Group Digital Program) to reduce the operational effort and achieve greater efficiency in deployment in the individual markets
  • Monitor end‑to‑end project execution, identifying bottlenecks or interdependencies and proposing solutions that enhance delivery efficiency
  • Follow up on different stakeholders (Rollout, Service Management...) to ensure implementation of the issued changes as planned and on Time.
  • Design risk mitigation solutions for LOS & Offload problems.
  • FTTS Planning, analysis and optimization.
  • Continuous updating and Data cleansing for Different TX planning tools & DBs.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, and Experience

  • Education: BSC in Electrical Engineering majoring in Communication and Electronic Engineering
  • Work Experience: Preferred 2 Years Experience in engineering field.
  • Personal skills: Self-Motivated, Can Work under stress, Teamwork Spirit and Initiative, problem solving and decision making
  • Management across multiple streams.

 

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

 

  • Good Knowledge in engineering and project managements
  • Good knowledge of Data analytics and python programming.
