About this Role
We are seeking an experienced and creative UI/UX Designer to join the Platforms Development & Integration team within Technology VOIS. This team builds applications for IoT, Mobile Private Networks, and health solutions, supporting Vodafone Business in delivering high-quality digital products globally. The successful candidate will work in a multi-disciplinary Agile environment, contributing to user-centred design across various platforms and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to shape innovative user experiences.
What you will do
Lead and contribute to user research, UX design, content creation, and visual design across diverse digital solutions.
Collaborate with UX professionals to produce assets that reflect brand identity and enhance user engagement.
Participate throughout the design and development lifecycle, ensuring high standards and stakeholder alignment.
Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of creativity and innovation.
Develop storyboards, process flows, sitemaps, and UI mockups to illustrate design concepts.
Design intuitive interface elements including menus, tabs, widgets, navigation buttons, and search fields.
Create original graphics and prototypes that demonstrate application functionality and aesthetics.
Present design drafts to internal teams and stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine layouts.
Identify and resolve UX issues, including responsiveness and accessibility.
Ensure adherence to style standards covering fonts, colours, and imagery.
Not a Perfect Fit?
A seasoned UI/UX designer with 8+ years of professional experience.
Proficient in modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and prototyping platforms.
Skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator, and other graphic design tools.
Knowledgeable in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with a strong understanding of user-centred design principles.
Effective communicator with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
Experienced in working within Agile product development teams.
A problem-solver who guides others in overcoming design challenges.
Passionate about continuous learning and innovation in design practices.
