Role Purpose

To support the squad in delivering high-quality UX/UI outputs by assisting in requirement gathering, documentation, and coordination. This role is designed to build foundational skills in user experience and interface design while contributing to the squad’s delivery cadence and quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in providing guidance and support to squad members on UX/UI principles and practices under the supervision of senior team members.

- Help monitor timelines and quality standards across the squad’s deliverables, ensuring alignment with sprint goals.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to draft initial business UI/UX requirements during the design phase.

- Prepare and maintain UX/UI documentation including: Visual Designs (VD), Iconography and design assets, UX specifications for user stories.

Core Competencies & Skills

- Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD)

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Attention to detail and time management

- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Must Have Technical/Professional Qualifications

-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, related technical field or equivalent practical experience

 -UX/UI principles and design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD)

- 1-3 Years of experience in Ui/ UX
