About this Role

  • We are seeking a Junior Product Designer to support our product squads in delivering high-quality UX/UI outputs. This role involves assisting with requirement gathering, documentation, and coordination, while building foundational skills in user experience and interface design. You will play a key part in ensuring design quality and alignment with sprint goals.

What you’ll do

  • Assist in guiding squad members on UX/UI principles under senior supervision.
  • Help monitor timelines and maintain quality standards across deliverables.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to draft initial business UI/UX requirements during the design phase.
  • Prepare and maintain UX/UI documentation, including visual designs, iconography, design assets, and UX specifications for user stories.

Who you are

  • Bachelor Degree in Business informatics or related field
  • Experiece 1-2 as Ui/Ux designer is a must
  • English level C1 is a must
  • Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and effective time management.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
