Role Purpose
- Support growth of VBU services and solutions and ensure early engagement with the business and providing the required support from risk and compliance management to ensure business objectives are delivered and protect the organisation from potential losses or threats to its continued operation and proactively identify and control threats and vulnerabilities that could impact new products
- Engage with different local stakeholders for VBU contractual agreements to ensure strong compliance framework across high risk policies and that non-compliance risks are being properly managed to secure the business against Financial and Legal damages.
- Act as an advisory capacity supporting first line business management through providing the required support to various business functions to ensure business objectives are delivered within compliance framework.
- Responsible for Developing, implementing, monitoring and controlling VBU contractual risk and compliance management in terms of applying risk and compliance risk assessment and covering as well Antibribery, sanctions, trade controls and Privacy high risk policies requirements to secure Vodafone Egypt against risks of breaching relevant laws and legislations.
- Risk reporting along with the required action plans for key business/compliance risks to different audiences and governance forums locally and with Vodacom and with VF Group and to the business owners to understand their accountability and responsibility.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, and Experience
- Previous experience in Compliance/audit/risk management
- Ability to lead & influence cross functional teams
- Good understanding of cloud and VBU services and solutions
- Good experience in contractual risk assessments and review
- Excellent communication, presentation & reporting skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- B.S of Business administration or equivalent degree
- Previous experience in Compliance/audit/risk management
- English language fluency
- Strong communication, presentation skills
- Proficient with MS PowerPoint and report writing
