About this Role
What you’ll do
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project requirements, timelines, and milestones.
- Facilitate regular interactions with project stakeholders to identify, track, and resolve issues effectively.
- Oversee project deliverables and ensure adherence to defined quality standards and methodologies.
- Develop and maintain project communication plans, ensuring clarity and transparency across stakeholders.
- Prepare and present status reports, consolidating insights from data analysis and project updates.
- Manage change requests, ensuring all stakeholders understand impacts on timelines and budgets.
- Support development of user documentation, training materials, and handover processes to ensure smooth implementation.
- Monitor client satisfaction and secure acceptance of deliverables during and after project completion.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and improvement opportunities.
Who you are
- Demonstrated experience (typically 6–8 years) delivering large-scale IT or ERP projects or programmes.
- Proven ability to lead diverse project teams and deliver outcomes within agreed timelines.
- Strong understanding of established project delivery methodologies and frameworks.
- Experience managing budgets and overseeing complex project environments.
- Familiarity with ERP implementation and infrastructure or construction-related projects.
- Educational background in a relevant field (bachelor’s or master’s degree).
- Professional certification such as PMP is advantageous.
