About this Role

We are seeking motivated undergraduate individuals to join the VOIS Explore Program, a month-long internship designed to provide hands-on exposure to the corporate HR environment. This opportunity allows participants to shadow real projects, gain practical insight into HR enabling and operational functions, and build confidence while working within diverse, global teams.

What you will do

  • Shadow high-impact HR projects across Youth Programs.
  • Support day-to-day activities within HR teams, gaining exposure to corporate processes and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Work alongside global teams to understand how HR contributes to business strategy and employee experience.
  • Apply academic knowledge in a practical, real-world corporate setting.

Who you are

  • A final-year or pre-final-year student.
  • Studying HR, business, management, or another relevant discipline.
  • Aged 26 years or below.
  • An individual with strong interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and a genuine desire to learn and grow in a corporate environment.
