About this Role
What you will do
-
Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative duties.

Prepare and update employment records for hiring, transfers, and terminations.

Support the generation of weekly, monthly, and annual HR reports.Respond to ad hoc reporting requests and maintain data accuracy.

Participate in system updates and user acceptance testing for new releases.

Collaborate with payroll by providing relevant employee information.

Engage in HR projects and initiatives related to systems and process enhancements.
Who you are
-
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Management Information Systems or Business Administration (HR major preferred).

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Familiarity with HR systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Interest in HR analytics and process optimisation.
-
Ability to work collaboratively and learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
