About this Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic senior-year undergraduate students for a 6-month Work Experience internship within our Human Resources in HR Operations to support system-related activities and assist in managing the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, system updates, and offboarding. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR reporting, data integrity, and process improvement within a global organisation.

What you will do

  • Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative duties.
  • Prepare and update employment records for hiring, transfers, and terminations.
  • Support the generation of weekly, monthly, and annual HR reports.Respond to ad hoc reporting requests and maintain data accuracy.
  • Participate in system updates and user acceptance testing for new releases.
  • Collaborate with payroll by providing relevant employee information.
  • Engage in HR projects and initiatives related to systems and process enhancements.

Who you are

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Management Information Systems or Business Administration (HR major preferred).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Interest in HR analytics and process optimisation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
