What you’ll do
As a member of the VBSE Change Management team you will work within an ITIL based Change Management framework, in which standardised methods and procedures are used for efficient and prompt handling of all Service changes, impacting VBSE customers and minimise the impact of change related incidents and consequently improve the day-to-day operations of the Vodafone UK business & services.
You will:
- Own, execute and drive the Change Management processes, providing strong time management skills, coupled with good organisation and planning skills, to enable effective co-ordination and communication
- Ensure all changes are assessed correctly for risk, impact, planned in line with defined requirements, and approved by appropriate defined personnel.
- Contribute to operational stability through the appropriate management of changes.
- Identify, escalate and manage risks and issues to ensure changes are deployed smoothly within the live environment.
- Develop and manage relationships and interfaces with relevant stakeholders across Vodafone Secure Services teams, projects team and suppliers as necessary.
Who you are
You will:
- Be an advocate of the Change Management process to all stakeholders
- Build and maintain open relationships with VBSE Leadership community, the team’s stakeholders, suppliers and peers
- Be an escalation point for senior management within Vodafone UK’s organisations for issues relating to the dedicated MOC, ensuring senior managers are provided with any required technical or specialist information to support their decision-making.
- Promote customer awareness and point of view across VBSE.
- Have excellent attention to detail with good verbal and writing skills
Security Clearance: This position requires the eligibility and ability to obtain and hold UK Developed Vetting (DV) clearance.
