What you’ll do

The Pre-Sales Lead provides expert knowledge on technical elements of Vodafone products and services and works closely with the team to deliver pre-sales activities to both the internal sales teams and to the customer during the pre-sale stage. To include advising on business deals for off-the shelf customer solutions and acting as a point of contact for post-sales activities for Vodafone Business customers. Typically reports to the Senior Pre-Sales Manager.

Who you are

* Advises key customers during all phases of pre-sales, solution design, implementation and post-sales changes and creates a landscape for increasing cross-selling opportunity;

* Drives and maintains the participation in the change and optimisation process of customer products, internal systems and on user acceptance testing of applied changes;

* Builds strong relations and supports product development teams on preparation and life-cycle of Vodafone products/services and captures and implements process or product changes to the solution design;

* Demonstrates strong communication skills, provides sales, marketing and engineering feedback on current and future product requirements;

* Works effectively with colleagues to ensure strong solution support is provided to sales teams, external/strategic partners, internal teams and business customers regarding technical, non-customised solution design products and activities;

* Uses up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge of Vodafone' industry products and/or services;

* Helps the team understand customer needs and factors for their digital transformation process through Vodafone solutions;

* May provide informal guidance to junior staff.
