Your place in the team 

Develop and lead the Security Assurance & Prevent infrastructure, processes and procedures.

 

You will be involved in the following tasks  

•Responsible for planning and coordinating security acceptance tests, executing thorough cyber security assessments on IT, network infrastructure and applications, communicate the identified risks and impacts to Senior Management.
•Work closely with different IT, business and project teams to ensure security controls and procedures are understood and successfully implemented and actively monitored
•Act as escalation point for cyber security assessment, testing and assurance processes, methodologies, and activities
•Responsible for the security review, definition and evaluation of project proposals and tender materials in relation to information security requirements
•Responsible for providing accurate and timely reporting of technology security risks identified during secure by design assessments, project engagement and propose remediation and mitigation options in line with policy and good practice

•Engage with the stakeholders on compliance to control effectiveness and deficiencies in the design and operating effectiveness of information security controls, design and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement
•Ensure compliance with Legal and Regulatory requirements
•Research and assess new threats and security alerts, and recommends remedial actions through the whole lifecycle of enterprise services
•Evaluate existing or emerging technologies and vendor service portfolio to consider factors such as cost, security, compatibility and usability.
•Approve security models and baseline, security configuration and installation of firewall, VPN, router, IDS/IPS, WAF, Operating Systems, Cloud environment, Middle-ware/database, servers and services/application
•Coordinate the security review, definition and evaluation of project proposals and tender materials in relation to information security requirements where there is information security relevance
•Controls and monitors the fulfilment of the technology security requirements
•Maintain the IT&NW security solutions assuring confidentiality and consistency and availability for other departments to use outcomes of these solutions
•Securing enterprise information by determining security requirements; planning, implementing, and testing security systems; preparing security standards, policies, and procedures; mentoring team members and provides consultancy for IT and Auditors.
•Advise technical security solutions
•Monitor the fulfilment of the technology security requirements
•Responsible for developing, updating and delivering cybersecurity and data protection curricula and educational material for training and awareness based on content, method, tools, trainees need
•Participation in Technology Risk Management process
•Identifies key controls around network security, logical access, change management, system development and implementation, and computer operations during walkthroughs of affiliate's IT environment
•Communicates or assists in communicating the results of audit and consulting projects
•Provide support for developments by determining security and compliance requirements and review fulfilment of these requirements.
•Maintain the Technology Security solutions assuring confidentiality and consistency and availability for other departments to use outcomes of these solutions

We are looking for you if you have
 
•BSc. in Computer/Industrial/Electrical & Electronics Engineering is desired
•Masters degree (preferably in Computer Science) or equivalent information security experience is desired
•Information security industry certifications are preferred
•Thorough understanding of security principles, practices and standards and how they translate into real world technical solutions
•Ability to communicate complex technology concepts both at high level as well as on technical level Demonstrated working knowledge of information technology general controls concepts in the areas of systems development, change management, computer operations and access to programs and data
•5 years progressive experience in Information Security
•Solid understanding of operating systems and databases, such as UNIX/LINUX, database management systems, Windows Server, network security
•Advanced knowledge of major security tools and technologies such as intrusion detection and prevention Systems, data loss prevention and identify management
•Fluency in English
