(Senior) Legal Counsel (m/f/d) for Vantage Towers

You have excellent legal knowledge and the ability to influence and convince in a variety of business situations? You are able to deal with complexity and manage a variety of stakeholders? Then become part of our team as a (Senior) Legal Counsel (m/f/d). In your role, you will actively contribute to the success of Vantage Towers in Germany by providing pragmatic, solution-oriented and innovative legal advice while identifying and appropriately managing risks at all times.
Your challenges:
- You have the opportunity to work in a variety of different legal areas with a special focus on either contract law or (public) building law. Other relevant areas can include data privacy and compliance law.
- You draft, develop, and revise the framework for our contractual relationship with customers, landlords or suppliers and engage in complex negotiations with these parties.
- You provide legal support in all stages of the rollout process from planning to the realisation of new Vantage Towers sites.
- You independently support our business functions in legal matters within your area of responsibility and provide sound legal advice to the management of the German market.
- You coordinate the cooperation with external law firms and (business) consultants within cross-functional projects.
Your qualification:
- A successfully completed second state examination
- Several years of relevant experience in either contract law, public building law or public administrative law either in-house or with a leading law firm
- A service-oriented approach to work, a high level of diligence and personal commitment
- Interest in understanding technical and economic contexts
- Ability to communicate honestly and respectfully and to work with colleagues as a team player
- Knowledge and experience in either digitalisation projects, data privacy or compliance is a plus
- Fluent German skills, very good oral and written English skills are a plus
