Your Contribution:

  • You act as a trusted Business Manager and support the agenda of the top management through a deep understanding of business priorities, enabling fast decision-making and smooth execution.
  • You provide structured, data-driven recommendations on all top management processes, actions, and strategies, based on short-term deep dives, technical acumen, and business foresight, to support the development of early-stage ideas into future growth initiatives.
  • You collaborate across functions to identify issues, trends, and perspectives that could shape the future of the tower industry, enabling leadership to innovate quickly.
  • You drive cross-functional collaboration on high-impact projects to ensure consistent representation of initiatives and alignment of strategy across the wider team.
  • You facilitate innovation and decision-making at the top-management level.
  • You promote operational excellence, establish business rhythms, and ensure smooth strategy execution.
  • You manage agenda design, priority setting, and task oversight to ensure that top management is fully prepared, informed, and briefed.
  • You take ownership of specific action points and contribute your own ideas for optimization. 


What makes you stand out:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a comparable field

  • Several years of experience in strategic or consulting roles, ideally at top-management level

  • Strong analytical skills and confidence in working with data to derive sound recommendations

  • Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional project leadership

  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills across all levels of hierarchy

  • A structured, results-oriented way of working, combined with high initiative and strong organizational skills

  • Confident handling of the MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Fluency in both German and English in writing and spoken
