Your contribution:

You will assume process responsibility for the creditor review and approval of incoming electricity invoices.

You will prepare consumption and cost data for the annual electricity settlement (year-end billing) for our customers.

You will actively support the processing of energy-related inquiries from suppliers, property management , and customer service.

You will function as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all electricity suppliers—especially our general utility supplier—and manage the collaboration.
What makes you stand out:

A successfully completed university degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification (e.g., Certified Energy Specialist/Manager Energiefachwirt).

A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the energy industry, e.g., with an energy supplier, network operator, or a comparable company.

Ideally, initial experience in the telecommunications sector.

Proficiency in MS Office, especially advanced Excel skills, as well as SAP knowledge.

Negotiation-level German (Native speaker required), good English skills are a plus/advantage.
