Your contribution: 

  • You are taking over the project leadership for specific projects throughout the project lifecycle, accountable for quality and on-time/ in-budget execution and outcome delivery
  • Define the program structure, set objectives, analyze data and drive improvements that are quantified with metrics
  • Project team leadership including coordinating, leading and supporting internal and external project teams in an agile team set up
  • Senior content expertise in energy projects and energy management including power supply connections delivery and on-site generation
  • Develop, implement, and govern KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs, providing visibility to the milestones, and performance across all projects

 

What makes you stand out:

  • At least 7 years of professional experience, of which at least 3 years in energy management, telecommunications, property management or infrastructure sector
  • An university degree in in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
  • Strong analytical thinking, risk management and can-do approach
  • Extensive experience in program management and implementation of energy projects
  • Fluent German and English (C1) skills written and spoken 

 

You can choose one of these locations: Düsseldorf or any other city in one of our regions.
