Your contribution: 

  • You take full ownership of independently and promptly processing as well as classifying incoming tickets and inquiries.

  • You manage the entire written and verbal correspondence with internal and external clients as well as service providers.

  • You drive the invoice management process by thoroughly reviewing, approving, and ensuring the correct allocation and billing of accounts.

  • You spearhead the escalation management process, taking responsibility for resolving critical cases and complex issues efficiently.

  • You build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee seamless communication and successful project outcomes.

 

What makes you stand out:

  • At least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in ticket and/or inquiry management, ideally within the telecommunications sector.

  • A completed vocational training in the real estate sector is highly desirable; additional commercial or technical knowledge is an advantage.

  • Exceptional communication skills combined with a confident and professional demeanor when collaborating with various stakeholders.

  • A high level of assertiveness and a strong solution-oriented mindset when tackling complex challenges.

  • Fluent German skills (C1 level or equivalent) and good English skills (at least B2 level) for written and spoken international correspondence.
