Your contribution:
- You drive the evolution of high-quality budget planning, forecasting, and reporting to ensure financial transparency for both TowerCo and Vodafone management
- You establish innovative controlling structures and cross-functional interfaces to support our growth
- You monitor Opex and ODC developments closely, identifying structural risks while implementing effective countermeasures to keep us on track
- You act as a strategic advisor to leadership, providing actionable insights and proposing measures based on regular, deep-dive analyses
- You empower specialised departments through active opportunity and risk management, fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork
- You lead and develop strategic projects, evaluating modification possibilities to optimize how we achieve our ambitious goals
- You negotiate and track performance targets with various business
What makes you stand out:
- A university degree, or a comparable qualification
- 5-7 years of professional experience, ideally within the telecommunications infrastructure sector
- Proven ability to influence and build strong relationships at the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) level
- In-depth expertise in Controlling and Accounting combined with a holistic commercial and technical mindset
- Strong management, prioritization, and organisational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Extensive cross-functional knowledge and the ability to manage complex projects effectively
- Business-fluent German and English skills
