Was Dich erwartet:

• Du setzt als Expert Data Engineering L3 Support Engineer (m/w/d) wesentliche Teile des Data Warehouse Entwicklungs- und Support Prozesses selbständig um und leitest diesen an.
• Du steuerst das VOIS-Entwicklungsteam für verschiedene Datawarehouse Plattformen.
• Du führst Root Cause Fehleranalysen durch, erstellst Hotfixes und lässt die Erkenntnisse in das Design einer nachhaltigen Lösung einfließen.
• Du steuerst Entwicklung und Operations-Aufgaben wie Incident- und Problem-Management in einem DevSecOps-Team.

Was Dich auszeichnet:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, Data Science, Mathematik, Physik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. 
• 4 Jahre praktische Erfahrung in der Datawarehouse Entwicklung (SQL, Python, abinitio, unix).
• Zertifizierung als Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer (oder vergleichbare Zertifizierung auf AWS).
• Gute konzeptionelle Kenntnisse von verschiedenen Arten von Datenbanken und ETL Tools. (Big Query, Teradata, abinitio, dbt, dataform).
• Kenntnis von Telekommunikationsspezifischen Daten wie BSS (Vertrag, Kunde, Produkte, Services) und OSS (Netzwerk Daten), sehr gutes Datenverständnis zur Fehleranalyse.
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort- und Schrift (B2 nach GER).

Diese Stelle kann in Vollzeit oder vollzeitnaher Teilzeit (mind. 30 Stunden) ausgeübt werden.

What to Expect:

• You independently implement and lead essential parts of the Data Warehouse development and support process as an Expert Data Engineering L3 Support Engineer (m/f/d). 
• You manage the VOIS development team for various Data Warehouse platforms. 
• You conduct root cause analyses, create hotfixes, and incorporate the findings into the design of a sustainable solution. 
• You manage development and operations tasks such as incident and problem management in a DevSecOps team.

What Sets You Apart:

• Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics, data science, mathematics, physics, or a comparable qualification. 
• 4 years of practical experience in Data Warehouse development (SQL, Python, abinitio, unix). 
• Certification as a Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer (or comparable certification on AWS). 
• Good conceptual knowledge of various types of databases and ETL tools (Big Query, Teradata, abinitio, dbt, dataform). 
• Knowledge of telecommunications-specific data such as BSS (contract, customer, products, services) and OSS (network data), very good data understanding for error analysis. 
• Good German and English skills, spoken and written (B2 according to GER).

This position can be performed full-time or in near-full-time part-time (at least 30 hours).
