Was Dich erwartet:

• Du steuerst die tägliche Batch-Verarbeitung über Control-M während Deployments.
• Du bereitstellst Deployment-Support für neue und erweiterte Anwendungen basierend auf Ab Initio/Teradata Vantage.
• Du nimmst an Produktions-Deployment-Durchläufen teil und überprüfst diese; fachliche Einschätzung bei Auffälligkeiten.
• Du unterstützt bei OS-Patching, Hardware-Upgrades und Wartung für Linux-basierte Server.
• Du führst RFC-Reviews durch und genehmigst Deployments.
• Du bearbeitest Incidents und kommunizierst mit Stakeholdern während Deployments.
• Du aktualisierst Remedy-Tickets basierend auf Incident- und Service-Request-Status.
• Du übernimmst gegebenenfalls Rufbereitschaft für P1/P2-Fehler.
• Du stellst Support während Ausfallzeiten von ETL und Teradata Vantage bereit.
• Du unterstützt Migrationsaktivitäten zu neueren Plattformen/Technologien wie GCP oder neuesten Hardware-/Softwareversionen.
• Du treibst Automatisierung und Innovation zur Optimierung bestehender Jobs voran.
• Du verbesserst die Performance und Effizienz von Ab Initio/Teradata-Jobs.
• Du koordinierst mit Projektmanagern, Entwicklung, Test und anderen funktionsübergreifenden Teams.
• Du stellst die Einhaltung von SLA- und KPI-Zielen für das Team sicher.
• Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in Teradata Vantage, Ab Initio-Graphen, SQL, Unix-Skripting und GCP (da TD Vantage auf GCP gehostet wird).

Was Dich auszeichnet:

• Abgeschlossenes technisches oder wirtschaftsingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung.
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Betrieb komplexer Systemlandschaften.
• Umfassendes Prozess- und IT-Know-how in der Telekommunikation.
• Erfahrung in interkultureller Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit.
• Sicherer Umgang mit Kund:innen, Lieferant:innen und Dienstleister:innen.
• Erfrahrungen mit Teradata SQL Assistant, BTEQ/TPT/FastLoad/MultiLoad, Abinitio GDE, Putty, Oracle SQL Developer, Control-m, Abinitio ControlCenter, OneITSM, Jenkins(CI/CD), JIRA, Confluence
• Hohe Belastbarkeit.
• Gute Deutsch Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift (C1 nach GER).

Diese Stelle kann in Vollzeit oder vollzeitnaher Teilzeit (mind. 30 Stunden) ausgeübt werden.

What to Expect:

• You manage the daily batch processing via Control-M during deployments. 
• You provide deployment support for new and enhanced applications based on Ab Initio/Teradata Vantage. 
• You participate in production deployment runs and review them; provide professional assessment in case of irregularities. 
• You support OS patching, hardware upgrades, and maintenance for Linux-based servers. 
• You conduct RFC reviews and approve deployments. 
• You handle incidents and communicate with stakeholders during deployments. 
• You update Remedy tickets based on incident and service request status. 
• You take on on-call duties for P1/P2 issues when required. 
• You provide support during outages of ETL and Teradata Vantage. 
• You assist with migration activities to newer platforms/technologies such as GCP or the latest hardware/software versions. 
• You drive automation and innovation to optimize existing jobs. 
• You improve the performance and efficiency of Ab Initio/Teradata jobs. 
• You coordinate with project managers, development, testing, and other cross-functional teams. 
• You ensure compliance with SLA and KPI targets for the team. 
• You possess solid knowledge of Teradata Vantage, Ab Initio graphs, SQL, Unix scripting, and GCP (as TD Vantage is hosted on GCP).

What Sets You Apart:

• Completed technical or industrial engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in operating complex system landscapes.
• Comprehensive process and IT know-how in telecommunications.
• Experience in intercultural communication and collaboration.
• Confident interaction with customers, suppliers, and service providers.
• Skills in Teradata SQL Assistant, BTEQ/TPT/FastLoad/MultiLoad, Abinitio GDE, Putty, Oracle SQL Developer, Control-m, Abinitio ControlCenter, OneITSM, Jenkins(CI/CD), JIRA, Confluence
• High resilience.
• Fluent English, spoken and written (C1 according to CEFR).
• Good German skills in spoken and written form.
