What you can expect:
- As an Expert Learning & Capability Development (m/f/d), you will identify the development and training needs of internal employees.
- The focus here is on the support and further development of our mandatory training courses for employees and managers
- You define and maintain the training and product concepts in close coordination with the respective specialist departments
- You will also be responsible for other selected learning topics, such as supporting our “Go Insider Tool” and language training courses
- You communicate the requirements to external training providers in the form of a rough concept and manage the final development and approval of training concepts together with the responsible department
- You communicate and market the training portfolio you manage to our internal employees
- You manage external training providers and suppliers

What sets you apart:
- Successfully completed university degree ideally with a focus on human resources (psychology, sociology or business administration).
- At least 4 years of professional experience and strong technical know-how in the field of HR development.
- Relevant knowledge of HR processes, such as learning & development, didactics, performance management, engagement.
- Excellent consulting skills, conceptual strength and experience in managing complex projects/processes
- Fluency in German and English

This position can be full-time or part-time (at least 30 hours).
