Your contribution: 

  • You are responsible for advising the management and the group's central functions on real estate-related issues
  • Analyse our real estate portfolio, identify optimization opportunities, and develop optimization strategies (costs, values, risks, etc.)
  • Develop, drive, and track global real estate-related projects across our markets and ensure delivery against financial and other targets (such as our Global Lease Buy-Out Program)
  • Develop, implement and coordinate further asset strategies, projects and processes in relation to our real estate portfolio and relevant landlords in alignment with the local real estate leads 
  • Perform relevant group-wide governance function for the real estate portfolio as required
  • Determine real estate requirements of our core business 

 

What makes you stand out:

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in the real estate environment is required 
  • An university degree in Business Administration or a comparable degree with real estate reference 
  • Experience in corporate real estate management or portfolio management is preferred 
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs (especially Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication skills and the willingness to travel 
  • Excellent knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written, additional language skills are a must
