Your contribution: 

  • Maintenance of employee data and personnel measures by data preparation and processing

  • Data collection and template filling for HR processes and independent creation of employment contracts, letters of change and similar documents

  • Independent management and implementation of employee changes and reorganization, including works council hearings and contact person for the works councils in the event of any queries

  • Administration of Employee Benefits programs, Recognition Programs and International Mobility

  • Advice and sparring for questions from employees and HR colleagues on HR processes, HR governance and employment contract issues

  • Independent implementation of all terminations under the applicable regulations

  • Project participation in the implementation of any HR projects

  • Initiating the further development and continuous improvement of procedures and processes with People Services Team and at the interfaces

 

What makes you stand out:

  • Apprenticeship, ideally with focus on personnel or HR-relevant content or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in HR organizations or comparable activities
  • Strong knowledge of German labor law and dealing with worker’s councils
  • Written and spoken German and English
  • Strong basic knowledge of tax and social security law
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel and PowerPoint specifically), SAP HCM landscape and the global SuccessFactors system
  • Experience in process design and project management
  • Ability to work in a team, high social competence and resilience
