HR Manager Compensation & Benefits (m/f/d) for Vantage Towers

 

Are you open-minded with strong organizational skills? Do you have the willingness to question issues and optimize processes independently? Join our Vantage Towers HR team as HR Manager Compensation & Benefits at our Headquarter and work closely with our Senior HR Business Partners by taking over the execution of individual employee measures like works council hearings, smaller organizational change measures and specific projects in defined areas. 
 


Your challenges:

  • You actively implement and control regularly recurring HR processes such as vacancy requirements, insourcing requests, performance dialog, annual salary review, people survey, etc. with the goal of an efficient and effective process.
  • You support on the strategic and conceptual further development of our remuneration structures and associated compensation & benefits processes.
  • You analyze gradings and salary benchmarks and develop recommendations for the VT group.
  • You support our line managers in operational HR processes (e.g. resourcing, operational co-determination, and performance management processes).
  • You act as a contact point and interface for individual employee measures, considering (local) labor law requirements, e.g., transfers, re-grouping/contract conversions, parental leave processes, part-time work processes or processes around disciplinary measures (warnings or dismissals).
  • You support in country-specific implementation measures (recruiting, annual salary review, people & performance management) in cooperation with the Senior HR Business Partners.
  • You work closely with our local employee representatives (works council) and build a close and trusted relationship.

Your qualification: 

  • A successfully completed university degree in business administration, HR management or comparable studies
  • At least 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in the area of compensation and benefits is an advantage
  • Broad HR process understanding
  • The willingness to question issues and optimize processes independently
  • A flexible and open personality with strong organizational skills as well as very good communication and information skills
  • High affinity for numbers and very good Excel skills
  • Fluent German and English skills, written and spoken (C1 according to CEFR)

 

You have the opportunity to either work full-time or part-time with at least 30 hours per week.
