HR Specialist

Reports to: Senior Manager VGSG Employee Relations
 

What you’ll do

 

What You'll Do:

As an HR Specialist, you will provide essential HR advice and administration, delivering generalist HR services across the business function in line with established HR procedures and concepts. You will support works agreement negotiations with the works councils, implement and communicate negotiated agreements, and be the end-to-end responsible for all HR-related topics for the R&D center in Dresden. You will work closely with HR colleagues to deliver the HR calendar of people activities, support the Group HR Business Partner team in various activities including resourcing, reward and recognition, learning and development, and international mobility. Additionally, you will act as a point of contact for the business function, resolving issues using established methods, and may serve as the HR systems/tools expert. Your role will also involve championing Vodafone's culture and ensuring all leaders and people managers are equipped to drive employee engagement.
