Your contribution:
- Planning and managing the network expansion budget while ensuring cost efficiency and goal alignment
- Leading the official site selection process in collaboration to ensure timely and efficient deployment
- Developing site deployment plans with quarterly schedules and intermediate milestones
- Conducting site studies to assess the technical and logistical suitability of existing locations for co-location in the selection process
- Prioritizing and managing planning requests while handling escalations
- Designing new initiatives and conducting analyses to recommend additional sites
What makes you stand out:
- Completed degree in Telecommunications Engineering (Bachelor/Master)
- Extensive knowledge and experience in the design, planning, and deployment of mobile networks, including 4G, 5G, OPEN RAN, and Small Cells
- Expertise in network planning processes, including grid design and milestone tracking prior to implementation
- Strong proficiency in German and English
- Excellent communication skills and diplomatic finesse
- High intercultural competence and adaptability
