Your contribution: 

  • You have functional and disciplinary leadership over the Real Estate Team, which currently consists of Asset Management, Lease Portfolio Management and Lease Transactions

  • You are responsible for long-term site security through dismissal avoidance, as well as the development and maintenance of stable service provider capacities and structures

  • You perform operational budget control and cost management in real estate operations for the German market of Vantage Towers (commercial & technical facility management)

  • You develop asset strategies to sustainably enhance the value of the real estate portfolio of the German market of Vantage Towers in relation to landlord management and communication, including implementation of relevant tools and digitization

  • You define and continuously improve standards, benchmarks, KPIs, reporting structures, and processes for the technical and commercial operation of properties, ensuring compliance with global and local regulatory, quality, and internal company requirements with focus on ESG, compliance, and risk management

  • You champion the implementation of digital tools in collaboration with the IT Department

 

What makes you stand out:

  • Completed degree in real estate management, facility management, business administration, or comparable field

  • At least 10 years of professional experience in real estate management, preferably asset & property management, ideally in corporate structures with proven leadership experience

  • In-depth knowledge of managing complex service and operations models as well as developing global standards and KPIs

  • Knowledge of common Real Estate Management systems with experience in strategic procurement and contract management

  • Strong communication skills both spoken and written in German and English, with additional language skills being a major benefit

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
