Your contribution:

You develop and execute the national sales strategy in alignment with company objectives

You lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve ambitious targets

You have full responsibility for revenue, margin, and growth targets

You build and maintain relationships with strategic customers, partners, and stakeholders at C-level

You identify new market opportunities, trends, and business areas; design orresponding go-to-market strategies

You collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Management, and Operations to define new solutions and offerings

You prepare business cases, forecasts, and market analyses to support corporate decision-making

You represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and professional associations
What makes you stand out:

University degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred

Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in sales (ideally in the telecommunications industry), with at least 5 years in a leadership role

Fluency in English and German (C1 or higher)

Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office applications
