Your contribution:

  • You collaborate directly with the Executive Board and senior leadership to drive pan-European strategic initiatives and business transformation

  • You facilitate finance and process optimization programs across all European markets to enhance operational efficiency

  • You design high-impact presentations and memos for critical internal and commercial strategic projects

  • You organise and support cross-functional workshops with business unit leaders to ensure alignment and simplify complex transformation goals

  • You champion organisational change management by building strong relationships with stakeholders and management consultants to overcome project obstacles

  • You provide essential PMO support, ensuring the smooth execution of diverse projects in a fast-paced environment


What makes you stand out:

  • Ongoing or completed degree in Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field

  • Previous internship experience in (Management) Consulting, Strategy, Commercial, or Finance functions

  • Proficient in German and English, with a minimum C1 level in both languages

  • Advanced technical skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for data analysis and reporting

  • Exceptional analytical thinking with the ability to grasp complex concepts and translate them into strategic solutions

  • Proactive "hands-on" attitude with a strong focus on execution and delivering results

  • Clear and professional communication style suitable for engaging with senior internal and external stakeholders
